Hi! First off I really want to welcome you to Brushes + Blushes, a makeup blog. I'm so thrilled to have you here! Now if you're on this page, I'm assuming you want to know some things about me. Let's dive in, shall we?

God comes first. I am a Christian so I want to put this in here because my Christianity is important to me. I was baptized into Christ on September 22, 2008 and still go to this church and remain faithful to this day.

I love makeup. Like I genuinely love makeup. If I could marry a Sephora or an Ulta, I would. That's why I created this blog! I need an outlet to tell someone about my makeup obsession because my mom is a bit sick of hearing about new liquid lipsticks from Too Faced. If you want to know some of my holy grail makeup products, hit the favorites tab up.

I love music. I sing... a lot. I do chorus and musical theatre. I would actually LOVE to study for musical theatre one day because it's a lot of fun and something I think I have real talent in.

Food. Who doesn't like food? I'm heavily Polish so a lot of my favorite foods are Polish. Halušky is a classic Polish pasta dish that's AMAZING (and probably the fattiest thing you'll ever eat) also I love Chicken Paprikash and any food with any amount of paprika in it. I love to cook as well, cookies are a favorite. I do make classic chocolate chip cookies *cough* the best *cough* but I love Polish kolaczkis.

Ich spreche ein bisschen Deutsch. Translation: I speak a bit of German. I'm taking German as my language course and might I add, I'm pretty good at it. I can say my favorite bible verse (2 Corinthians 4:18) in German: Obwohl wir beheben unser Augen nicht auf was ist gesehen, aber was ist ungesehen, für was ist gesehen ist temporäre, aber was ist ungesehen ist ewigen. Talking in German is a little weird... but amazing at the same time.
